Service Provider Application - Help

Introduction

Welcome to Service Provider Central--an application maintained by the National Domestic Violence Hotline (NDVH). Service Provider Central is used by domestic violence service providers to maintain and submit information about their organization to NDVH so that it easily can be imported into the NDVH call center database. NDVH uses this up-to-date service provider information to help its callers get accurate and appropriate assistance in crisis situations.

Getting Started

Click here to download the Service Provider Central tip sheet.

Each service provider (organization) in the system can designate a primary contact person and an alternate contact person, each with a unique email address. Either contact person can use their email address and password to log into Service Provider Central and update their organization's information. If a contact person submitted their organization's information via the Service Provider Central application, they will have created their password when they first created the account. If an organization was already in the NDVH call center database when Service Provider Central went live in November 2006, each contact person with a valid email address in the system will have received an email with their default password.

If you are the primary or alternate contact person for a service provider already in the system, you can use your email address and password to log into Service Provider Central now.

If you do not remember your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the Home Page to reset your password and have it emailed to you.
