Service Provider Application - Provider List Page

Introduction

The Provider List page shows all service providers in the NDVH system for which the logged in person has rights to update. Only the primary or alternate contact for a service provider can update the organization's information.

Editing A Service Provider

To edit a service provider in the list, click the <ProviderName> hyperlink, and then edit the information on the Provider Information page when it opens.

Adding A New Service Provider

To add a new service provider to the system, click the Add Provider button, and then enter the provider information on the Provider Information page when it opens.
